Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 August 2026
This is the privacy policy for play.yes2games.com, the Yes2Games game portal. It explains what we collect when you browse and play here, and it covers the ads that run inside the games you play. We have kept it plain; email us at [email protected] if anything is unclear.
Who we are
The data controller is Yes2Games (Y2G Pte. Ltd.), 160 Robinson Road, 068914 Singapore. When this policy says “we”, “us”, or “Yes2Games”, that is who we mean, and it applies to play.yes2games.com and the games it embeds from games.yes2games.com. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
What we collect and why
play.yes2games.com has no accounts. There is no login, no registration, and no user database. Our web servers do keep standard access logs for every request, described below, but that is ordinary server operation, not a record of who you are.
Favourites, recently played, and theme
This site remembers three small things in your browser's local storage, on this site's own domain: which games you have favourited, which games you have recently played, and whether you prefer the light or dark theme. That storage stays on your device. It never reaches our servers, and we have no way to see it. It is tied to the specific browser and device you are using, so it will not show up if you switch browsers, switch devices, or browse in a private window, and it disappears if you clear that browser's site data for this site.
Game saves
Separately, most games save your progress themselves, in local storage on the games' own domain (games.yes2games.com), inside the game frame, not on play.yes2games.com and not by us. A save is per game and per browser: it is not tied to any account, is not synced anywhere, and will not follow you to a different browser or device.
Analytics
We do not currently run any analytics or visitor tracking of our own on play.yes2games.com. If that changes, we will update this page to say so.
Server access logs
Like any web server, ours keep a standard access log line for every request to play.yes2games.com and to games.yes2games.com, where the games themselves are served from: the visitor's IP address, user agent, referrer, and the X-Forwarded-For header. This is ordinary web server logging, used to run and secure the site (for example, spotting abuse or diagnosing an outage), not to profile anyone. There is no account here, so a log line is never linked to one. Traffic to both domains also passes through Cloudflare, which keeps its own logs under its own retention that we do not control.
Advertising
Games on this site are monetised with Google AdSense. Ads appear inside the game itself, not on the portal pages around it: a short preroll before a game starts, occasional interstitial ads between levels or sessions, and rewarded ads a player can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus. We are also planning to add ordinary display ad banners to the portal pages themselves, outside the game window; when that goes live, this section will apply to those too.
To serve and measure these ads, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, and on some devices, device identifiers. That can include personalised advertising, meaning ads chosen using information about your browsing activity. This happens inside Google's own systems: play.yes2games.com does not set advertising cookies of its own and does not receive the data Google or its partners collect this way.
You can review and adjust the ad settings Google holds for you at google.com/settings/ads, and read Google's own explanation of how it uses data from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. There is no account system on play.yes2games.com, so there is no profile to share in the first place; the access logs described above are ordinary server operation, and we do not sell, share, or use them for advertising or profiling. The one place information leaves your browser is advertising: Google and its ad partners see what is needed to serve and measure ads inside a game, exactly as described above. We do not hand your favourites, recently played list, or theme preference to Google, an ad partner, or anyone else. They stay in your browser.
How long we keep it
Web server access logs for play.yes2games.com and games.yes2games.com, described above, are rotated daily and kept for 14 days, then deleted. Your favourites, recently played list, and theme preference stay in your browser until you clear that browser's site data for play.yes2games.com, and a game's save stays in your browser until you clear site data for games.yes2games.com; either one is controlled by you, through your browser, not by us. Cloudflare sits in front of both domains and keeps its own logs under its own retention, which we do not control. Data Google and its ad partners hold about you is kept under Google's own retention rules, not ours; see the links above.
Your choices
Clearing your browser's site data for play.yes2games.com removes your favourites, recently played list, and theme preference. Clearing it for games.yes2games.com removes a game's saved progress. Most browsers let you do this per site from their settings.
For ads, google.com/settings/ads lets you turn off personalised advertising from Google.
For anything else, including questions about this policy, email [email protected] and we will help.
Changes to this policy
If how this site handles information changes, including once portal page banner ads go live, we will update this page and its effective date above.
